Automatic commission triggered
If the prospect signs a WFM Navigator (or other SRC service) agreement, your commission is triggered automatically.
How You Get Paid
Clear terms, no hidden clauses, and straightforward compensation on closed deals.
You earn 10% of the first-year contract value of the agreement your referral signs.
Paid within 30 days of SRC receiving the client's first payment.
Direct deposit or check, per the payment method on your partner agreement.
If your referral is a better fit for a different SRC service, you still earn your full 10% on whatever agreement they sign.
Commission applies to the initial contract term. Renewals aren't automatically commissionable under the standard program.
